Boys club mentality, unrealistic targets/goals, poor management - consistently calling out employees in group settings, significant division (physically and otherwise) between exempt and non-exempt recruiting teams - sense of superiority for exempt recruiters (commonly referred to as "Professional"), inaccessible management, inflexible/old-school expectations for working hours and hybrid/remote flexibility, early career recruiters are significantly underpaid
