Pros
The CRIO team is very welcoming and supportive. Teammates are always willing to answer questions or provide clarification/guidance and management takes the time to understand your career goals and put you on a path to reach them. Accomplishments both small and large are regularly recognized by the entire company. Even though we work remotely, various social clubs allow us to meet people with similar interests and participate in optional activities after work hours to create a sense of community. The vacation/time off policy is also a plus and staff are encouraged to take time off rather than feeling like taking a break will negatively impact their career path.
Cons
While the work life balance can always continue to improve, senior leadership has made significant efforts to reduce the frequency of meetings, make additional hires to support the team, and encourage staff to take breaks during the day.
