      Work on saturday and Sunday with no pay. Management Decision are not capable o Worst management Their attitude is like dictatorship. They will micro manage you by video calls. Their planning is utter floppy, They will come to you on Friday evening and ask you to work on Weekends. Appraisal is 4%. Architects are brainless, They will make you work and never give credit. There are some top level managers who keep failing to deliver and push the pressure on Junior developers. No help from seniors. You don't get HLD and LLD. Out dated technology. Never expect any promotion. End to End architects are useless.

      full of Con minded people. They will make you doubt your existence, Full time slavery.
