- Present and approachable leadership, which communicated clearly and consistently. - Strong company focus on results and impact. - Super smart and friendly team. - Great culture, and work / life balance.

Cons

It was fully remote when I started which can be challenging as a new joiner - however, this was then changed and remote offices were opened. Management responds quickly to feedback.
