      1. No good projects to work. 2. BPO background managers sitting here as directors and giving instructions on how to work on Salesforce, and also taking interviews. Waste of time. 3. No direction even after 10 years

      No Pros they will tell we have lots of benefits but nothing is there. We will be offered 'flexible' work timings. But it means u have to be available anytime

      Cons

      No work life balance. No process. No one works properly in the end only u will get blamed.
