Pros

In my time at CUProdigy I have seen that the leadership team is committed to putting employees first. This includes everything from benefits, unlimited PTO, yearly bonuses, and much more. My opinions and ideas are valued and encouraged. I have been treated with respect and an understanding that I have a life outside of work.

Cons

Due to the small number of employees, we all go above and beyond to help move the company forward.

Pros

This is a company that I have been with for many years and it is a great company to work for. I started in support and through the years have worked in many different capacities. During that time I have been able to work on multiple meaningful projects that have made a difference to the credit unions and their members which we serve. The current leadership is open and honest with the staff. They do what they can to train up the staff and give everyone opportunities to learn, grow, and advance in their careers. The company has a great benefits package. I particularily like the insurance plan and how much we pay per month comparied to the company and what we get with the plan. I talk to neighbors and friends where the health deductable is thousands of dollars per family member. I would suggest this company for anyone that * Wants to ability to make meaningful contributions to a company and the people they serve * Has a willingness to learn

Cons

Not sure. I will have to think about this more.

Pros

The team is energetic, collaborative, and innovative. The work is challenging and engaging. The pay and benefits are great. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far at CUProdigy. The team, in general, is a positive group of individuals doing their best to make our product and business competitive. My own knowledge of the fintech industry and its operations has grown exponentially, The Leadership team, while new, is transparent, inspiring, and energizing. I fully anticipate large steps in career and network growth to happen as I continue working for this great company.

Cons

Leadership & Processes are relatively new and have been subjected to changes

Pros

There are some really nice people working here that deserve to be employed at a respectable company. The base salary is OK, but still well below market.

Cons

This company struggles financially. Benefits and bonus are a joke for the market / area. They rely on a board that is absent and careless. Incompetence has been promoted to the top by traversing the echo chambers of a former CEO. Company culture is a toxic cesspool of chameleons who will say or do anything to survive. Workload is INSANE, and yet somehow your work will still go unnoticed. This company claims to be agile/scrum, but I've had a hard time expounding on what it actually is. It feels like a daily standup, with shaming(not retro) meetings when something goes wrong. Zero communication. There is also no opportunity for career advancement through competence. I could go on, but this should be enough to dissuade anyone seriously contemplating working here, and I can assure you management doesn't care.

Pros

I have been with the company for two years and am impressed with the company emphasis on continuing education. The leadership team is very passionate on employee development in both the work and personal space. Work has been a hybrid environment the entire time I have been with Prodigy. The ability to work remotely whenever needed is a HUGE benefit. Leadership team pushes for good benefits. The medical coverage is the best I've had as an independent. Unlimited PTO is also incredible. Lateral growth is common, leadership offers new positions to current staff before hiring outside. Personal coaching sessions are done monthly to help staff career path into the positions they want. Supportive work environment, there is a big emphasis on life-work balance instead of work-life balance.

Cons

There is inconsistency between company roles and client expectations, especially in the Member Engagement department . Clients often push none-tech items onto their account managers and it often slides. Especially when coming from bigger clients. Salary is competitive for industry, though Utah inflation makes it feel less so. Pay benefits remote staff more.
