Pros
Easy going pace, flexible and fulfilling work, good location, fairly good benefits. However, the work being fulfilling has NOTHING to do with them, it will be the same in another company. These are the ONLY reasons people work for them. In other areas they'll make you want to slit your wrist. Very low down, nasty people.
Cons
Dead end job!!! They like to hide behind their titles as if it takes the place of them doing great work. Lacks diversity, NO opportunity to grow. Toxic behavior such as favoritism is rampant in the office. No drinking water, and some parts of the office is kept dirty and cluttered. The environment is depressing. Technology is below par and there main printers are always broken. Employees either sink or swim. The only way to get recognize for your work is to get chummy with a supervisor, director, VP, or whoever they consider superior. Company wide, they will promote anyone who sucks up, PERIOD! It's hard to respect this. They are cheap and don't have great talent. Hostile work environment and discrimination occurs in this office. Low Pay. They are not socially responsible. You will have to get a second income to afford rent above $1,500. They do not motivate employees and they have a high turnover rate. Environment feels unstable. They are not 100% confident in the product they produce.
