      Everything! Management is terrible. Treat operators like they don’t matter. SAFETY IS NOT A PRIORITY at CVR Nitrogen facility! Some employees are really pleasant to be around most are just butt kissing and talk down to you and make sexual jokes to you!

      "Good old Boys" Management Mentality. Supervisors are underpaid and overworked. Favoritism and Nepotism runs rampant! Maintenance, I and E, and Operations are all working against each other instead of with each other. The blame game is at an extreme at EDNF which causes fear, hostility, and dishonesty among all employees. If you get employed at EDNF, your life will change drastically!!! Operations Motto is " Deny, Deny, Deny" and " Lie, Lie Lie."
