I have been working with CWS Technology since 3 years as a Senior Web Analyst. The atmosphere is friendly and motivating. Great work culture,helping colleagues,lot to learn

Cons

Work pressure needs to be managed better. Some of the resources/teams are over burdened at times, but looks like this is how some serious things are developed / deployed.
