Pros

Schedule and benefits beat restaurant work, hands down. Decent benefits.

Cons

During my time as a manager with the company, I saw a lot of inconsistency in standards, product, and work ethic among staff and managers. Too many disgruntled employees. Lack of professional development. Serious lack of structure and organization in some accounts. Too many managers, no real leadership, not enough support to accounts.
