Pros
Most of the frontline staff are great! State Benefits are good.
Cons
No job flexibility. Salaries do not meet market standards of other public/government agencies. Training outside of the Agency is rarely approved. Agency is very top heavy. Lack of staff appreciation. CalHFA is a dysfunctional Agency with extremely low morale. There is a lack of support, care and sincerity from Executive team.
