Based in beautiful Boulder, CO

Cons

Benefits are horrible, mind as well just get your own via UHC. They forced out one of the founders who was solid. Lots of attrition occurs. Not very advanced in the tech stack, more marketing oriented. Pretty much over-hyped than anything.

Pros

Smart and hardworking leadership team that is accessible and helpful. They set the tone and it trickles down to the rest of the organization. The technology is also clearly the most advanced in the marketing analytics space. As a sales person I feel confident in every evaluation that our platform will be the preferred technology.The product roadmap has me excited too.

Cons

Typical growing pains of an early stage startup where some teammates are wearing many different hats. I'm not too worried about this as the team has made some key hires recently.
