      Good company, but lousy boss screws it all up for the company

      Good culture, decent benefits, some pro-active people

      Cons

      Because there are quite a number of good leaders, no one notices when there is a terrible leader in their midst. They tend to all agree with one person’s view. Also, there are dead woods in the company and they also go unnoticed.
