Pros

Salary renumeration seems great remote working an advantage Diverse, inclusive place to work Udemy training available

Cons

Micromanaging is next level No overtime payment Working beyond shift times expected to keep up with various timezones No recognition for going above and beyond lots of back to back meetings, a lot of people on conference calls for no reason. Upper management feel the need to be involved in everything PTO could be better Company runs on high stress levels, micromanagment and constant fear of redundancy. Employees made redundant in December 2022, August and October 2023 - not looking good!!
