Pros

I joined Callsign 3 months ago and I immediately found myself fully integrated in the company. It is a very diverse and dynamic environment where everyone can learn from each other. My team is great and I have been able to learn new things since day one while strengthening my skills.

Cons

There are really no downsides as my team and the other people in the company have always recognised my values and strengths by giving me feedback to improve myself.

Pros

A company at the leading edge of digital identity using AI and biometrics. The tech stack is like nothing you will see elsewhere, let alone get to innovate with and develop. Change is quick and the company is agile to chase opportunities; if you don't like change, this company is not for you. A significant client base that is growing fast; you get to interact with some of the biggest names out there and make them better across a range of solutions.

Cons

Few downsides to working at Callsign if: You are on your game Embrace the scale-up space Work at pace Work hard and deliver Don't come here for an easy ride or if you don't like feedback. Internal comms can often be an after-thought; but if you need to know, you know.
