Pros

Relatively good salary, team cares about you, gain experience with bilingual roles, financial stability (they won't fire you just because)

Cons

Micromanagement and long shifts. Needs to improve training systems as there's a lack of trainers for some programs so when people join and actually qualify they get thrown in the mess to pretty much figure it all out by themselves

You work on a training contract, and can get fired anytime. Regional head takes forever to deal with queries.
