Business outlook
Pros
"Promote from within" culture as with many Japanese companies. Comparatively good wages at lower to mid level. 95% of people who work there are genuinely friendly, helpful people.
Cons
Once you reach mid to senior management, responsibility/insecurity start to outweigh financial incentive. Arriving and leaving on time is frowned upon. Early arrival & regular overtime expected. Workloads are very high at times. Certain departments badly understaffed in my opinion.
