It is early days so the organization has yet to mature. Beyond building great technologies, we have much to do to realize our vision of a diverse, effective, and satisfying work place. Some aspects of the organization are highly developed and some have yet to receive any attention at all. This will change over time, and some people thrive in these conditions, but it isn't for everybody.

Where do I begin... CEO is a despotic and inexperienced kid that thinks founding a company is cool. The product sounds cool and is nice but there is no real interest/use case for it. There were zero clients while I was working there and my understanding is that it hasn't changed much. The HR lady was one of the meanest persons I've ever had the "pleasure" to meet. A lot of people complained about her but the CEO did nothing because she was basically his minion. People would disappear and no one knew where they went. They hired 2 product managers in the span of a few months and they were both let go without anyone really knowing what had happened.
