- The leadership/management sucks. They put people in leadership roles without gauging if they are actually fit to lead. - They change processes without speaking to employees or members of the team, or even taking them into consideration. - The leaders simply do not care

Great pay, package and support. Training is also very good for new starters Open door policy for management which is great when you need help or advice especially if not from the indsutry. Senior leadership have a plan, are open about it and communicate well. It's not for everyone. If you're not comfortable selling or handling constructive feedback, it might feel too fast-paced. Commission structure is one of the best ive seen/had before Private healthcare is a nice touch

Big targets mean pressure Marketing could do with producing more inbound leads and brand awareness Hours are long at 40 per week and holidays could be better but not the worst ive come across sometimes have to carry other sales team members who arent commited and cant do the job which in turns makes it harder to hit the collective number
