Pros
It's a neat place to work, in that you can be part of the business side of things, but must walk through the factory multiple times per day. The downtown OP location is also very cool.
Cons
Whenever someone applies from the big competitor in town, management is quick to dismiss current employees to gain that person, in hopes of becoming more like their competition. At the time, their systems were old and took a lot of work to figure out.
