Congratulations on cracking the algorithm to improve the company‘s star rating on Glassdoor. It’s pretty sad that your attempting to fix the surface while it’s built on a house of cards. Most folks rarely care what previous employers do; however, the new Canidae operates much differently. You certainly are changing the way people view pet food. Here is a free tip. It’s all about RELATIONSHIPS and when you hire people 80-90% outside the industry and the ones you hire from the industry are not good… you aren’t going to see results. You can try to jam products into brick & mortar or give it away free to show a sale on the front end. Ultimately, you are not moving the needle. Cook the books if you need.
