      great coworkers but sinking ship

      company benefits friday lunches coworkers ttc pass free snacks

      Cons

      product leadership. market is telling us what they want from us, but we're not listening. execs recently doing a lot of hush hush meetings. no transparency. Had a ton of churn recently and no new sales. Do not join this company if you're looking for a company that is growing.

      Pros

      There are many pros as a dev and I think some of them are relatively hard to get from a startup - Flexible working hours - Work with good people; A lot of knowledgeable and friendly people to work with - Work/life balance - Good benefits - Challenging projects/tasks

      Cons

      - Sometimes things didn't plan well initially which caused more works and headaches in the end - The process can be better, a balance between reliability changes and product features

      Recently the company has hired a lot of new people as VPs and managers + has been growing each team. A lot of new processes have been put in place as a result. Teams get along and the culture has stayed positive.

      Cons

      New processes takes time to put together and put in place. Typical growing pains.
