Pros

Great culture and lovely colleagues, a very friendly welcoming atmosphere. Little to no politics or bureaucracy and great for career growth in terms of learning

Pros

Canopy is an amazing place to work, with a team centered around doing the best job possible for our clients. We're heads down in growth mode at the moment, and it's refreshing to work directly with the Head of Revenue to help take the org to that next level. It's been WFH since the beginning (2019), so they really know how to take care of their remote employees and make people feel valued.

Cons

Not really a con, but as with any startup, it's hard work. On a small team (~50), each individual's contributions are really felt, which may lead some to burnout. On the other hand, the company does a nice job of ensuring everyone has a healthy work-life balance.
