      - Highly competitive pay - Clean environment (compared to other factories) - Management is easy to talk to - Yearly bonus program (up to 8%) - Internal promotions - Paid Breaks (12hr shifts means 12hrs pay) - Overall great benefits package

      - Improvements generally come slow - Can get extremely hot during summer months - Benefits package while being great lacks support for mental health - Can feel crowded due to higher volumes of production
