Pros

Focused on the Capital Markets around the globe. Every recruiter from the junior-most to the most experienced have Capital Markets experience. Small enough where you work on all aspects of the business and with the senior people at the firm almost everyday. A lot of freedom and serious input into the decision making.

Cons

Small firm, narrow focused on Capital Markets.

Pros

Leader in the global capital markets executive search and placement segment of the financial services industries. They have long established clients that they really loyally cater to, avoid conflicts, highly ethical and long global client and candidate networks. Enabled technologically with constant reinvestment in the latest systems to help search and placement specialists work efficiently and effectively. Flexible work environment allows you to work from client sites and in your home office, occasionally. Very little outside sourcing, some outside partners,

Cons

They are a boutique and focused firm in the capital markets that change rapidly. As a boutique there very clear on who they are and what they do. However, this leads to missed opportunities and growth potential for more junior employees.
