The pay is good, the CEO is amazing. There are opportunities to take on more than delegated duties.

Had some mid-level manager personality issues but they have been worked out.

Alex (the founder) is an extremely generous and kind guy who's willing to help out a lot of UCLA students just starting out in investment banking. Get to see a lot of different aspects of the deal process. Can ask anyone in the office questions, even the MDs. Current analyst, Ravi, is very willing to help out and fun to work with.
Cons
The internship, like most banking internships, is unpaid.
