Fake reviews. Don't trust them. A Body shopping company without min. values and ethics.

Cons

Body Shopping company. False promises in the name of H1B sponsorship. Be careful when you sign a contract and they rip you off.

1. They will make you work hard and treat you with incivility which will bring best out of you :-) 2. Office location is good and they provide snacks (10rs biscuit packets or chips etc) free of cost. 3. Its good for freshers as they get to tag along with other freshers.

Cons

1. Rudeness and incivility towards employees. 2. Longer working hours.. 3. Not much employee friendly policies

variable pay will be paid fully on quarterly basis.

Cons

1. Micro management - most of the top management are referrals. 2. Worst HR policies. 3. Hard timings. 4. No technology growth. Security Guard will note each employee in and out timings [each break is noted on a separate register] even though access card works. management will treat employees as slaves, bad language.
