      Pros

      Relaxed group, very open and easy to work and get along with. Nothing like my prior firms where it is tense. This is a group that cares about the individuals and treats them as such. Also the bonuses are pretty good and evens out the lower base

      Cons

      I would say the only negatives include the weak benefits and deals are on the lower end of size range

      Incredible work life balance, interesting work, more execution focused and less pitching, no weekend work, good bonuses.

      Cons

      Brand notoriety might be hurt given the Denver base, but the senior management all held leadership positions at bulge bracket firms
