CEO Has no clue and lied to by staff below to make it look rosey OM Management a shambles and no clue or control Several OMS in charge of areas they don't know about, will take credit but don't want to deal with issues. If your not a yes person or challenge the day to day or raise issues they make your life hell No support from the higher management and all out to cover own jobs and throw anyone they can under bus. High turn over across areas and Councillors in charge have no clue. Overspent massively with quick easy fixes they don't wanna to do. Service areas spend willy nilly and not questioned Hate ideas put forward if not their own. Processes in place are outdated not In line with real world. Service areas get away with illegal activities and OMS aware but do nothing. Very unionist and don't want to make changes if it upsets the unions. Stuck in 70s They constantly advise mental health support but when reported to my OM he ignored and was more worried about if we had done an online training course for cash control. Higher management more worried about tick boxing exercises to make their areas look good, when in fact their a shambles. People get involved in areas they don't need to and cause issues. When it goes wrong step back and blame others. Constant one up manship over each other and blame culture. Bullying is rife and surprisingly is common by Senior Management Add more and more work on to lower paid roles and won't allow regrading or pay rises when asked. Managers/OM happy to take money for roles but not actually do their job.
