      Pros

      A good place to retire. People spent 2 hours lunch and don't care about leaving early or coming late. Now they have benefits which are better.

      Cons

      A lot of people don't know what they are doing. Boss can hire people base on personal relationships and send non-tech people to manage front-line tech teams. The company keeps lying about their product performance claimed to have everything which they don't have. Fooling around the customers and also their own mother company now.

      Pros

      People you work with are great. Atmosphere you work in is great, building is newly remodeled, lunch room is great, free coffee, tea. Benefits are great, company was bought by VISA.

      Cons

      Low end of the pay scale. People who have certain abilities or skills are overworked. Opening positions to support overworked teammembers are almost impossible to get.

      Pros

      A lot of room for advancement. Managers who truly care about the employees and make it a point to interact and discuss opportunities with them. Competitive pay and benefits. Being a part of Visa allows for really great stock opportunities and benefits. I was waiting until I was working here for a decent amount of time before I wrote a review, its been over 2 years now and I have no plans of looking for work elsewhere.

      Cons

      The industry can be difficult to grasp if you don't have a payments background, so the learning curve for onboarding can be steep.
