Cons
There are far too many to list, the management will just lie to your face and then try and hide it. When I went for the interview I was told there might be some Saturday work but there won't ever be any Sundays but then when I started the job I had only had 7 weekends off in the year. They will change the Rota with no notice and when you don't turn up because you believe it's your day off then u will get disciplined. You get told from the management that you are not allowed to take any breaks because apparently we are not entitled to them. The vans have microphones on board and the management will listen into private conversations between staff, also on the vans are cameras but they will also watch you whilst at home. The whole company's attitude is shocking if you raise a problem with any equipment then immediately your told it's your fault and if you don't do as your told and complete all the work then it'll be disciplinary action. Some days can be 14+ hours long and then the next day you are still leaving for work at 4 in the morning.
