      Amazing place to work

      Pros

      Manager-less structure produces an environment where you are given the freedom to succeed however it works best for you. The company is extremely supportive of work/life balance and takes steps to make sure everyone is happy with their involvement with the company.

      Cons

      Manager-less structure can be difficult for people who crave direction. This company requires that you be a self-starter and find what you want to work on. If you are someone who would rather be told what to do, this job is not best for you.

      On all levels, the best company I've ever worked at.

      Pros

      - Brilliant, team oriented and humble co-workers => Check - Fascinating problems to solve, from challenging to impossible => Check - Freedom to chose what to work on, from a wide spectrum of technologies / functions => Check - Great culture of trust, fun, hard and meaningful work => Check - No managers, remote friendly environment, best tools money can buy, hackathons, fun gatherings => Check - Successful, respected, very solid and expanding company => Check - Best boss ever... Just don't say "boss", he doesn't adhere to the concept => Check I could go on and on...

      Cons

      Couldn't find any in the 4 years I've been working there... But you have to make sure you are comfortable working in a remote environment

      Pros

      Flexible schedule No hierarchy - be as involved as you want to be with how the company functions. Work Life fusion Self-determination of duties Get to work with a lot of self motivated and intelligent people

      Cons

      I work harder here than at anywhere else in my career. Took a while to be comfortable,because of lack of management and oversight.
