Horrible company to work for. Micro-managed and bullied.

Work was easy. Good hours. Good company benefits.

Cons

Micro-managed all the time. Training was awful. Was isolated from the team, made to feel worthless. No support from management. Bullies as colleagues. 30minute lunch break which is ridiculous. No support or compassion from manager even when immediate family member is in hospital. Made to feel you cannot book annual leave.

good crack between same level employees all help each other, excellent rapore with customers, keeps you fit, full sick pay for 40 weeks after 20 years service

Cons

vehicles loaded unsafely, pretend to be health and safety led but its a front to blag awards, managers unqualified and unhelpful the higher you go the worse they are, pay for new starters especially HGV drivers heavy on discipline when it suits them very inconsistent, bend the working time directive laws if it means getting deliveries out, show little compassion in times of need ie bereavement

Great Culture, constantly faced with interesting and exciting challenges which provide great development opportunities. Fantastic Benefits in the UK and who doesn't love free product allowance?

Cons

Employees that do not like Change, in this industry you need to keep up with constant change and some employees are not able to cope with this.
