      There is job security if you want to do the same job for 30 years and don't strive to learn anything new.

      Cons

      The company is known to offer salaries well below industry averages. There is little to no upward mobility once hired in. There are no merit increases or bonus structure.

      Toxic work culture. Mandated vacation days during plant shutdowns. Antiquated management practices. Salary increases not based on merit & do not keep up with inflation.

      Pros

      They are a solid company with a great group of co-workers. Upper level management is easy to talk to, and they are starting to slowly catch up technologically.

      Cons

      The salary is slightly below average and prepare to work 10 hours a day. Other than that there are really no major complaints.
