Pros

No pros at all and every year it's worst than the year before even if managers are very proud but it's just a soap ball

Cons

The Company is imploding due to the new top management that only thinks to save money and doesn't care at all about people and have no idea in how to lead a business. There is no attention for people, no growth, no training plan, nothing at all. You only have to do your job with colleagues that are used to work like in the 70's. No modern approach. No shared information. You can improve your Career only if you are a son of somebody well known from the family. Offices are too old style with leather seats for the big bosses, lot of dark woods and no common places. Very old management style. Inappropriate dress code (lots of employees dress with too old clothes or they are not in line with their role).

Pros

The solid skills of Carraro Group are the result of a deep knowledge in transmission systems applied to agricultural machinery and construction equipment. This is in addition to a global presence consolidated, in over 15 years of internationalization, in every area of the world: from the USA to China, from Europe to India and South America.

Cons

It is not easy to work within a group with such complex dynamics. And sometimes it's not easy to be immediately in line with the different cultural approaches. This may be a risk for those not used to relate to very heterogeneous working groups.

Cons

No any transparency in appraisal system, Poor management(I mean, really really poor), They need only draftsmen, Only few people are privileged others are often ignored. HRs are not interested to help you out, No WFH or hybrid policies, employees are not fair paid, newcomers get only single digit hike after 1 year, working hours-9.30 which is shameful compared to competitors
