      The litigation department has difficult personalities

      Pros

      The pay is decent and 401k benefits are excellent. The location is good, close to downtown but has its own parking lot so you don't have to pay for parking.

      Cons

      Some of the attorneys are great but a few are difficult and "divas". Odds are you will end up working for one of the difficult attorneys, based on the turnover. Most of the other staff are good people and the other departments are decent.

      Pros

      Great place to work with a great medical and retirement benefit structure. Plenty of support for people who love to collaborate. Feels like a team.

      Cons

      Some attorneys are micromanagers but that's any place. Also weird culture of secrecy about basically everything. Very old school.
