      Wear shorts and t-shirt to work.

      Cons

      This was a focused machine before it moved locations. Now it's a joke that the parent company, InternetBrands, treats like a red headed step child.

      Pros

      The actual programming work was not very hard and the hours were flexible.

      Cons

      Creating voodoo web applications to forcefully collect data from servers at other companies without any agreement or permission using black hat methods. Another thing was low compensation. Also we had to work with many outsourced teams with crazy hours due to using the budget for acquisitions rather than to improve the existing teams. The actual development team was unfriendly as well.
