Pros
1. Office is close to Paya Lebar. 2. Pantry is average only if compare to other MNC company but it still better than SME. Drinks and Snack is free.
Cons
1. I wonder why those bad Glassdoor reviews keep being removed and good review should be wrote by the management or HR in order to keep their image. 2. I'm taking my time to write this in order to warn people that you should find other jobs if not you will get hurt mentally or jeopardize your career growth. 2. Hostile working environment. The superior will always say they are being frank, but they are in fact mean. Discrimination (race, gender and etc) is a norm in this company. 3. They will criticize you, make you feel lousy if you are not their preference. It is really lame for a public listed company to resort to this, poor management culture. Try it yourself to believe it, but seriously not suitable for people who are really want to build career and want to work long term. 4. You will see a lot of colleague resigned and new faces comin in every month. It seem hire and fire mode. 5. HR gave us to do the Aptitude Test recently without any reason or purpose. Perhaps they want to differentiate you and your colleague by the aptitude test score. (This is a norm as well in this company. They don't even appreciate your work performance but appreciate those ppl they like) Above is my personal opinion. You can try if you want.
