      Pros

      The company culture is very relaxed, independently run departments, lots of freedom in managing workloads or projects at Management level. "Family" Feeling of working here, great personal relationships with co-worker and management

      Cons

      The company doesn't have a clear vision, objective, or a COO/ CEO that brings the departments together towards a common goal. Pay is not fairly distributed, is very much based on seniority rather than accomplishments, difficulty of work, or skill level. If you are at the end of your career, or have priorities other than money or personal growth, this may be the place for you. If you want to expand your opportunities, learn and grow in your career, and earn salaries at market range, this is not the company for you

      Pros

      The hourly staff and some (very few) of the leadership team are great. Opportunities to learn new things. Steady work.

      Cons

      The senior leaders don't practice what they preach. The "Cascade Way" simply means to be a fraud and only treat employees nice to their face. The CEO yells at plant management constantly.

      Pros

      Set schedule of shift type work is nice. Always have weekends off unless there is overtime. Great benefits in terms of insurance and 401K opportunities. Plenty of work to do with coffee being the number two commodity in the world. Lots of room to move up in production, (machine operater to grinder to roaster etc.)

      Cons

      Lack of respect and understanding between office staff and production staff. The pay is getting better but still below average compared to other coffee manufacturers. Leadership is lacking at the higher levels.
