The company culture is very relaxed, independently run departments, lots of freedom in managing workloads or projects at Management level. "Family" Feeling of working here, great personal relationships with co-worker and management
Cons
The company doesn't have a clear vision, objective, or a COO/ CEO that brings the departments together towards a common goal. Pay is not fairly distributed, is very much based on seniority rather than accomplishments, difficulty of work, or skill level. If you are at the end of your career, or have priorities other than money or personal growth, this may be the place for you. If you want to expand your opportunities, learn and grow in your career, and earn salaries at market range, this is not the company for you
