      Pros

      Commission is generous and the product has a lot of inbound leads. The CRM is packed with data and if you're creative about your outreach you can generate a lot of interest in the platform. We had a couple of different leaders in my time, but I will say that they all cared about the team and helped us grow even though timezones were tricky sometimes.

      Cons

      Working in a small team spread across different timezones means you don't get to see colleagues as often as you would like - but that's just the world these days I think!

      Pros

      I joined Cascade because I was very tired of working in a corporate job for a big company. I wanted a new challenge and I certainly got that. Our product is focused on business strategy, which honestly is one of the most interesting things I could have hoped to be working on. I get to work with and see really cool stuff that our customers are doing with the platform. For the most part, the team is great and I feel very supported in my job.

      Cons

      I had to learn a lot of things on my own. It was a small team when I joined and even though it has grown, there are still some stuffs that are hard to understand without speaking to someone directly.
