Pros

1.They will pay you on time 2. They will provide tea,coffee milk & biscuit in break times

Cons

1.We should not use mobile phones inside the workplace 2.No sick leave only one casual leave for a month that to no carry forward to second month 3.Management peoples will be using bad words to scold employees including the female employees 4.Low salary for freshers 6500 for 3 months and after 3 months 10,000 take home. 5.Bond for freshers(one year) and experienced (6months). if you accept the hike again you have to sign the bond for 6 months or one year depends on your hike percentage 6.If the works drags more than the work time they wont provide dinner or cab. 7.Very low hike percentage (Max 30% only ) 8.if you came 5 min late for work you will be deducted half a day LOP 9.The notice period is 2 months but they will make you to serve more than the notice period days 10.They will keep on changing their company policies as per their convenient you cant question the management if you question the management they will ask you leave the company. 11.To break the bond you need to pay 50,000 inside 3 months of joining after 3 months you have to pay 1Lakh All the experienced and fresher after joining in to this company will start counting their bond completion date that's the environment this company will give.

Pros

Salary will be paid on time.

Cons

Only one day leave every month and u need to get permission one week before for using it. If they want they will keep u or else they will terminate u without notice. Past 10 months almost 10 employees terminated. They won't pay good salary for existing employees but ready to pay high salary for new joiners who doesn't have basic knowledge at all. No respect for employees that they will scold them in front of 180 employees Work culture is worst. If they want they will change the rule accordingly. Spoiled many employees life by not allowing them to get a job

I have started my professional career at Casperon and worked for 5+ years of duration. Each day I came across with learning something on my career either on business/professional/personal skills. As an emerging company, Casperon as given all benifits to their employees compare other companies(Startup & Emerging Company). Here are some recommendation, Why you can join Capseron ? -Lost of thing can be learned in a short time period -You will have good colleague to share your knowledge without hesitation -Think Free : Your ideas and approach will be considerable if reasonable -Salary will be credited on time

Some policy that employee experience as cons, Here they are -Alternate saturday off policy -Mobile phones usage restriction
