Over the year, CastleBay has grown on me so much that I will find it hard to replace. CastleBay is run with some good principles, employee first attitude and values that are considered core. Trust is the foundation of employee engagement. Company trusts employees to do the right thing; they do not impose any restrictions, but rather guide employees to achieve technical and personal growth. You will not be bossed by anyone; you are your own boss. Which brings in so much of responsibility and discipline within oneself. I value the freedom to express my opinion and shape up my career. Likewise, everyone is empowered to shape up the organization in our own small ways. It does not matter if it is the voice of someone with 2 years or 10 years of experience - it is the merit of the opinion that counts. The nature of work is challenging, I have never felt that I am in a comfort zone. CastleBay is a very people friendly organization. Work-life balance is actively encouraged.

A lot can be learnt from the people around you if you are interested, everyone around knows what they do and are ready to pass on their knowledge. Ample opportunities to learn and grow. Learning and getting certified is encouraged. The organization believes in investing in the employee. Everyone at work is like a family and office is like a home. The leadership team is highly approachable, just a ping away. They are the pioneers of IT insurance. Transparency is the key and the leadership team is well aware of that. Never had Monday blues!
