      Value set. Castor genuinely has morals. It doesn't just talk about them. Dynamic atmosphere. Attracts like minded people Great HR Honest, open, and Dutch. What's not to like!

      Still growing but that's what create the dynamism.

      Pros

      By far, the best work culture I've experienced at a company. Everyone supports each other and as a remote first company, there is lots of collaboration. You have unlimited holiday and lots of social events. The company is a scale up with lots of opportunities to carve out what's best for your career and of course growing the business.
