      Working with new interesting clients all the time. Everyone is extremely friendly and always willing to help.

      Cons

      Deadlines can be quite tight at times, but that is normal at a company in this field.

      Pros

      You get a chance to have impact and be an influencer of change. Catalyx is on a high growth journey with a challenger entrepreneurial approach, which is exciting to be part of. The business is made up of great people who look out for each other. Driving positive change is fulfilling and amazing to be involved in.

      Cons

      This is not the place for people who don't like change and don't have a problem-solving attitude. The nature of a growing company means it is fast-paced, which will suit many looking to work more innovatively, efficiently and better, but not for those who don't like to adapt.

      A dynamic, forward-thinking company. Challenger of the status quo. Exciting methodologies and approaches. Great calibre of clients. Bright and supportive colleagues. Opportunities for growth and development.

      Cons

      It is a growing company, fast-paced and still on its journey of revolution. Working here you need to be up for the challenge, willing to give things a go and have the flexibility to adapt. It’s not a place suited to all. Workloads have been an issue in the past, but much has been done to address this in recent months.
