Pros

A caring company run by its co-founders who are driven by passion and grit to provide a peerless product. The overall workforce spread across North America, India and EMEA work hard and with great drive and determination. I really value the collaborations across marketing, engineering, operations, managed services, HR, product, sales and beyond. It drives not only strong work led by a customer-first mentality, but also a generous, spirited place to work despite working remotely across different geographies and departments.

Cons

Sometimes working remotely in different time zones can be challenging, but people work hard to accommodate one another's needs and be flexible while also meeting shared deadlines.
