      Good location. Not much else.

      Cons

      Would not recommend. Agree with previous reviews that this firm is unnecessarily aggressive and cut throat. They got rid of many employees when I was there. Decided early on this was not the place for me. Awful culture. COO not fit to run the firm.

      Absolutely no pros at all.

      Cons

      The company are a mess, whilst the CRO believes he is overly intelligent and his employees are all worthless. The firm had no structure, the turn over is high, they are very cut throat, please join with caution I saw many people not returning to their desks.

      Decent basic salary and benefits. Nice centrally located offices.

      Cons

      Overworked and toxic culture. Work life balance is non existent. Understaffed and unable to retain talented employees. Bonuses below expectations for a hedge fund.
