      Pros

      A great group of co-workers that have passion for the healthcare industry. Working with some of the largest home health providers. Flexibility pre-Covid on working from home. Meeting free zone during the lunch hours to take care of family if necessary. A strong emphasis on taking care of yourself.

      Cons

      Having a lot of good ideas, but not quite finishing them prior to starting the next great thing. Need to focus and finish features even if it takes longer than expected.

      Pros

      CellTrak is a great organization to be a part of. If you are looking to make a positive impact in the healthcare space through technology then look no further. The CellTrak team is extremely collaborative and everyone works together to continuously improve/enhance the technology, solve issues, and most importantly support their customers!

      No cons in my opinion, my time and experience at CellTrak was extremely positive.
