Pros

How to manipulate data to prove you are tight , you will learn this very well here. Currently no pros. It's a skinning boat. Company has no future.

Cons

This list is very long 1. No scientific thinking, team leads are useless. They don't have degree or knowledge. They work like donkey specially the lead who works with drug safety and all. 2. If junior employees make mistake they will terminate them while senior resource will get paid more for the same. 3. Company should be shut down ASAP 4. Team leads are under qualified 5. They have no clue and they will guide you in wrong direction

Pros

unique work , as a fresher i am glad i joined this company. learning never stops here. if someone like to do something thing different in cancer biology then this is the place. Good place for fresher.

Cons

NOBODY CARES at what time you are coming in but if you leave early then team leads will be behind your life. Even if you give 10 hours per day manager will always give you that look. Hence after certain amount of time people tend to leave cause working here will eat up your personal life. CELLWORKS = OVERLOAD OF WORK = MORE THAN 10 hours PER DAY = LESS PAY

Pros

Learning environment. Freshers would get to learn a lot

Cons

Too much politics Zero percent job security Very bad HR: The answer to every question is: -We do not have a choice. -We are not doing a charity Too much spying on each employee No difference between college and corporate life. One is supposed to refer their seniors as Sir or Ma'am. No transparency: The answer to every question is: "It is in the hands of the management" Too unprofessional
