Pros

I've been with the company just under a year but I've found the experience thus far really great Leadership team is dedicated, transparent and has a strategic outlook Healthy & flexible work environment Great communication Opportunity to progress and learn

Cons

Despite being a global company, the organization is still quite US centric. Efforts and improvements continue to be made to cater to international employees.

A changed company

Pros

Cendyn has a feel of a different company under the new ownership and leadership team. The employees opinions/feedback are listened too much more so now. In between All Hands calls, the CEO provides frequent updates to all employees via video which I think makes a massive difference. Also seen an increase in communication from department heads regarding what they are working on which helps us understand where we are going as a company and what success we have seen. This success being shared is even more important and valuable to us with all the challenges we are facing with COVID-19. Communication wasn't Cendyn's strength previously and the improvements to the internal communications has been fantastic. But we can still improve. I like the employee recognition program where we can nominate employees that have gone above and beyond in their roles.

Cons

Still a pretty US centric/focused company. Some of the internal systems/processes still only cater for the US based employees. Improvements have been and continue to be made to act and be more global but still there is a lot more that can be done.

Pros

The people that work at Cendyn are very passionate, friendly and make it a great place to work and they put in a lot of hours over the contracted hours. HR induction was good.

Cons

The Departmental induction process for new employees was poor to non existant and needs attention and more structure. Employees continually work over their contracted hours and are under trained and over worked. If you are not based in the Boca office you are out of sight out of mind and on your own. Keep claiming they are a start up company, to try an justify poor investment in people and processes. Poor Benefits, Poor vision, poor strategy
